Our goal is your satisfaction with our services. State Requirements The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulates the irrigation industry in our state. Licensed irrigators are required by law to maintain certain training requirements year after year. This action by the state ensures high quality standards for the irrigation industry.
